1. Features
1.1 High-Precision Energy Measurement
  • Adopts advanced energy metering chips, with measurement error strictly controlled within ±1%, complying with international IEC 62053-21 standards and domestic electricity meter accuracy regulations.

  • Supports real-time collection of key electrical parameters, including voltage, current, active power, reactive power, cumulative energy, and power factor, ensuring accurate reflection of actual power consumption.

1.2 Clear LCD Display & Intelligent Alarm
  • Equipped with a 2.4-inch high-definition LCD screen, which automatically adjusts backlight brightness according to ambient light—reducing brightness in well-lit environments to save energy and increasing brightness in dim conditions for clear visibility.

  • Has a data anomaly alarm function: when overvoltage (exceeding 264V), undervoltage (below 187V), overcurrent (exceeding 1.2 times the rated current), or abnormal power factor (below 0.8) occurs, the screen flashes and displays fault codes, and the built-in buzzer emits an alarm (volume adjustable or switchable).

1.3 Durable & Safe Structure
  • The shell is made of high-strength ABS flame-retardant material (flame retardant grade V0), which can resist extreme temperatures (-25℃ to 70℃), dust, moisture, and electromagnetic interference.

  • Built-in multiple protection mechanisms: short-circuit protection (with self-recovering fuse), leakage protection (triggers power-off within 0.1s when leakage current exceeds 30mA), and lightning protection (absorbs instantaneous high voltage via varistors).

3. Installation and Use
3.1 Pre-Installation Preparation
  • Confirm that the power supply voltage and current match the meter's rated parameters to avoid damage caused by mismatch.

  • Check the meter's appearance: ensure no cracks on the shell, no loose terminals, and the LCD screen displays normally.

  • Prepare tools: screwdriver (PH2), wire stripper, and insulation tape (if needed for wire processing).

3.2 Installation Steps
  1. Open the distribution box/cabinet and clean the 35mm DIN rail (remove dust or debris to ensure smooth installation).

  1. Align the meter's DIN rail slot with the rail, push it upward until it clicks into place (ensure the meter is firmly fixed without looseness).

  1. Strip the insulation of the copper core wire (stripping length: 8mm - 10mm), insert the live wire (L), neutral wire (N), and load wires into the corresponding terminals, and tighten the screws with a torque of 2.5N·m.

  1. Close the distribution box/cabinet, turn on the power, and check if the LCD screen displays voltage, current, and other parameters normally (if no parameters are displayed, turn off the power and recheck the wiring).

3.3 Daily Use & Maintenance
  • Querying Data: Press the "Query" button on the meter to switch between real-time parameters and historical monthly records; use the optional infrared remote control to adjust settings (e.g., alarm threshold, display brightness).

  • Regular Inspection: Check the meter's appearance and wiring every 3 months—ensure no terminal loosening, shell deformation, or abnormal noise.

  • Troubleshooting: If the screen shows fault codes (e.g., "OV" for overvoltage, "OC" for overcurrent), turn off the power first, 排查 the circuit fault, and restart the meter after troubleshooting.

4.1 Residential Scenarios
  • Suitable for single-family houses, apartments, and villas to measure household total power consumption, helping users monitor electricity usage of air conditioners, water heaters, and other high-power appliances, and optimize energy-saving habits.

  • Can be connected to a home smart gateway (via RS485) to realize remote electricity query and bill calculation through mobile apps.

4.2 Commercial Scenarios
  • Applicable to small commercial spaces such as convenience stores, restaurants, and retail shops. It can accurately measure the power consumption of business equipment (e.g., refrigerators, cash registers, air conditioners) and provide data support for business cost accounting.
